For de fleste fremst\u00e5r Ibiza som en krydsning mellem et d\u00f8ddrukkent diskotek fredag aften og en softcore-pornofilm p\u00e5 en strand. I den lille by Malchingui nord for Ecuadors hovedstad Quito sl\u00e5s man med udtalt fattigdom og knaphed p\u00e5 det meste.
