Meditation and mindfulness are a crucially important part of my life. Many of us live our lives at a (too) fast pace with a lot of stimuli. I love taking slow periods where the nervous system can come into complete balance and where the world can be allowed to stand out clearly in all its simple wonder.
Since 2016, I have spent a total of about six months in silence on meditation retreats around the world. I have been on retreats in Thailand, Sri Lanka, England, France, Scotland, Germany, Portugal and Denmark.
In addition, I have completed a one-year training as a mindfulness instructor from Mindfulness Training Institute in England.
I have taught mediation and mindfulness at the University of Copenhagen, in the Bedre Psykiatri association and in the meditation community. Copenhagen Insight Meditation, which I am an active part of.
From November 2026 to April 2027 I am on retreat in Thailand.
